• Record daily financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare/process invoices, payments & expense reports.
• Assist with monthly & yearly closings.
• Reconcile bank statements & ensure ledger accuracy.
• Support inventory cost accounting and stock reconciliations.
• Assist in audit preparation & financial reporting.
• Ensure tax and labor law compliance.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments & external vendors.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience (Retail/manufacturing background is a plus), Familiarity with Egyptian taxation and social insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (accounting software is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
