Technical Support Specialist - Level 2 (Accounting)

Job Description

Provide second-level support for accounting-related technical inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex customer issues. Work closely with our Level 1 Support team, stepping in to handle cases that require deeper accounting expertise and advanced troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to escalate and resolve issues efficiently. Guide customers through best practices, helping them maximize the value of Qoyod’s features for their business needs. Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting solutions, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to enhance self-service options.

Job Requirements

Hands-on accounting experience and a solid understanding of financial workflows. Previous customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS or technical environment. A customer-centric approach, with excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable way. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) to support our diverse customer base.
