-Prepare quarterly reports to support the group's financial statements.
-Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, CEOs, auditors, and daily operations.
-Collaborate with departments like Sales, Contracts, Collections, Customer Relations, and Legal to enhance customer account processes.
-Provide technical support for SAP enhancements related to accounts receivable.
-Lead, train, and motivate the accounts receivable team to boost efficiency and performance.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA is a plus).
-10-15 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial reporting, or a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of SAP and accounting systems.
-Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
-Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
-Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
