1.Collect and analyze cost information to determine project profitability.
2.Prepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
3.Monitor and control project expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
4.Analyze direct and indirect costs (materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment).
5.Track variances between actual costs and budgeted/estimated costs.
6.Assist in pricing, bidding, and tender preparation with cost analysis.
7.Ensure proper allocation of overhead costs to projects.
8.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost accounting reports.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2.3–5 years of experience as a Cost Accountant, preferably in the construction industry.
3.Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and project accounting.
4.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
5.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
6.Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
