Disburse operational custody and advances to truck drivers and coordinators based on trip destination, duration, and company policies.
Review trip documents and waybills received from operations/tracking teams and validate completeness and accuracy.
Record and control all trip-related expenses (fuel, tolls, allowances, overnight stays, and miscellaneous costs).
Prepare daily driver settlement sheets and detailed expense breakdowns per trip.
Monitor operational expenditure and flag variances or policy deviations to operations and finance teams.
Follow up on missing waybills and supporting documents from ports and operations teams.
Close monthly operational settlements and reconcile advances with the accounting department.
Maintain structured records for audits, reporting, and management reviews.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
3–5 years experience in site accounting, logistics, transport, or field operations accounting (preferred).
Strong understanding of custody management, operational costing, and trip expense control.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Proficient in Excel and ERP/transport systems (Oracle or similar is a plus).
