-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-4+ years of relevant experience in cost control / project accounting (construction or fit-out industry)
-Experience in cost variance analysis, cash flow monitoring, and cost reporting.
-Familiar with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
