1- Simplified Financial Feasibility Studies:
2- Analyze investment or expansion opportunities based on projected monthly cash flows and expected returns.
3- Cost Control & Financial Analysis:
4- Monitor direct and indirect costs and analyze variances from budgeted figures.
5- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for operational elements (raw materials, maintenance, labor, etc.).
6- Budgeting & Financial Reporting:
7- Analyze key financial performance indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and asset turnover.
8- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports to the finance management.
9- Collaborate with inventory, operations, sales, procurement, and maintenance departments to ensure financial data accuracy and alignment.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
● 3–5 years of practical experience in cost accounting.
● Previous experience in construction or ready-mix concrete companies is a strong plus.
● Proficiency in Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
● Solid knowledge of budgeting techniques and variance analysis.
● Strong financial analysis and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure.
● Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
