Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Job Description

Prepare Monthly Reporting Package, including Actual Vs. Budget analysis, route profitability analysis, cost allocation, variance analysis & operational KPI’s. Prepare monthly income statement, balance sheet with related disclosures. Prepare year-end financial statements with related disclosures. preparing audit file and documents needed by external auditors to ensure company audit procedures completed in efficient and effective way without notes and submit the required reconciliations & adjustment entries to ensure financial reports in line with financial accounting standard and governmental regulations. Follow up customer & vendor advances and balances monthly. Prepare ad-hoc reports needed by company management, and cost item analysis. Review and analyze expenses transactions, vendor balances & follow up old vendor balances. Review Aging for customers, vendors monthly. Review Vendors and customers reconciliation on quarterly and follow up issues on monthly basis. Review the bad debt provision, Tax provision & Legal provision. Fulfil reports & documents required by external tax consultant and involve in tax review process.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce /Accounting with 5-8 years of experience in the same field. Have a detailed understanding of Financial Reporting Standards. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to details. Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, word & PowerPoint). Experience in SAP is an asset. Preferred from the aviation industry
