Job Description

Calculate Direct labor, Indirect labor, Direct material, Indirect material, and overhead. Calculate the final cost of products after adding the OH costs (COGS). Pricing of new products. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and valuation and conduct sudden inventory counting. Contribute to month-end close and monthly P&L. Preparing the yearly standard cost by collecting data to determine the cost of business activities. Make monthly reports of contribution margin for each product and each segment. Manage all procedures of physical count including committee and instructions and documentation and follow up all and make variance reports with reason also make Report about committee status. Following up on purchase invoices. Following up on selling invoices. Following up on stock control movement. Collected cost data and maintained expense databases. Reporting to the Finance Department. Reporting based on the finance reporting standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of cost accounting principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Accounting systems like ERP. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for budgeting. Maintain high accuracy in all financial records and reports. Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents.
