Job Description

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. • Prepare the Balance Sheet for the Fiscal Year • Coordinating with our Chartered accountant and Financial Extenal Auditors • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the foundation, such as invoicing, and other transactions • Oversee overall accounting and financial management requirements, including AR, AP, GL, banks, and cash balances. • Oversee the annual budget and monitor spending to ensure alignment. • Identify areas for cost savings and drive financial efficiency. • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary • Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with regulations. • Oversee investment strategies and maintain optimal working capital. • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. • Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions. • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. • Optimize capital structure and oversee investment decisions. • Develop strong banking, investor, and supplier relationships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • professional qualification CFA/ CMA. • Master’s degree MBA is Preferred • 15+ years in finance, leading a team with Corporate (Group) experience. • Experience in pharmaceutical is a plus.
