Job Description

- Prepare accurate financial analyses and reports on time. - Manage payroll, perform account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger. - Prepare revenue projections and forecast expenditures. - Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. - Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and general ledger entries. - Support the annual audit process and prepare necessary documentation. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies, audit findings, and reporting issues. - Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience. - Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). - Leadership ability to mentor and oversee junior accounting staff.
