Job Description

Financial Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial plans aligned with company objectives. Financial Reporting & Analysis – Oversee the preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget analyses to support strategic decision-making. Budget Management – Manage budgeting processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Investment & Funding – Advise on investment opportunities and secure funding for business expansion. Risk Management – Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure financial health. Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory financial requirements and coordinate with auditors. Leadership & Team Management – Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements

Audit Experience: Strong experience in auditing, preferably with one of the Big Four Audit Firms in Egypt. Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred but not mandatory. Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, compliance, and corporate governance. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial software and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or similar certification is a plus). 8-10 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management position.
