Senior Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling at least 5 year's experience.
Job Description
· Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models to support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
· Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis and financial reviews to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
· Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including executive dashboards and KPI summaries to support data-driven decision-making.
· Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business strategies, and provide recommendations to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
· Scenario & Sensitivity Modeling: Build dynamic “what-if” models to assess the financial impact of business initiatives, market fluctuations, and investment opportunities.
· Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitor and analyze company expenditures, identify areas for cost optimization, and support implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
· Data-Driven Insights: Utilize financial and operational data to uncover business risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA) --Certificate is Must.
-Fluent in English is a must
-Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling at least 5 year's experience.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
-Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is highly desirable.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
