Prepare and issue client quotes, claims, and invoices.
Record and update transactions (quotes, invoices, collections) in the job book and accounting software.
Track collections and follow up with clients when required.
Receive and verify supplier e-invoices.
Record supplier invoices and expenses in the accounting software.
Assist in issuing withholding tax (WHT) receipts and supporting documents.
Record and reconcile bank transactions (inflows and outflows).
Assist in executing payments (bank transfers, cheques, or cash).
Support in cash handling, preparing payment vouchers, and documenting petty cash movements.
Participate in monthly cash and bank reconciliations.
Support the preparation of VAT, payroll, and withholding tax reports.
Assist in maintaining compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
Conduct simple data analysis and reports related to payroll and income tax.
Assist in registering and maintaining legal documents (Commercial Registration, Tax ID, VAT ID, etc.).
Help with e-invoice portal setup and related token renewals.
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and digitally archived.
Job Requirements
A solid understanding of financial workflows in an agency environment.
Practical experience in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, WMJ).
Knowledge of tax and compliance procedures in Egypt and KSA.
Skills in data accuracy, documentation, and reconciliation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
