Job Description

• Oversee the financial management of resort construction and operations. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for ongoing and future phases. • Ensure financial compliance with Egyptian regulations and international accounting standards. • Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and investment returns. • Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and investors. • Drive efficiency in financial processes, from procurement to revenue management.

Job Requirements

• Must have worked in a Chartered Accounting firm. • Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role.
