Job Description

- Prepare and post accurate journal entries and accruals - Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies - Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance - Support month-end and year-end closing processes - Maintain and improve the chart of accounts - Ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies - Assist with audits and financial reporting - Drive process improvements across accounting functions

Job Requirements

📚 Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - 4+ years of experience in GL accounting or financial reporting - Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards - Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) - Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset - Excellent communication and time management skills ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: - CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification - Experience in multi-entity organizations or manufacturing - Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance - Familiarity with financial consolidation and intercompany accounting
