- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Develop financial strategies and forecasts to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports for management
- Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and risk management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in finance with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
