Job Description

Manage collections from the market and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions. Establish and implement financial policies and procedures that support the initiation of new projects. Collaborate effectively with the HR department to align on policies, payroll, and compliance. Present issues and solutions in a clear, professional, and diplomatic manner. Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Handle annual profit & loss closing and ensure accurate year-end financial statements. Develop and present the annual budget and financial reports to management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Accountant (experience in construction & development is preferred). Strong understanding of annual profit closing, balance sheets, and budgeting. Courage to implement financial rules and enforce procedures with integrity. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail. MUST be a resident of Alexandria – applications from outside Alexandria will NOT be considered.
