Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of financial modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Analyze financial processes and recommend best practices, leveraging D365 F&O capabilities while configuring and customizing the system as needed.
Oversee the integration of D365 F&O with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) and ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems.
Ensure financial systems adhere to industry regulations, tax policies, and compliance requirements, including IFRS and local statutory guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the F&O ecosystem.
Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to enhance adoption and optimize system usage across finance teams.
Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvements in financial processes.
Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functionalities within D365 F&O, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
