Job Description

- Issue and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner. - Record and track accounts receivable transactions. - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly. - Perform regular reconciliation of AR accounts. - Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions. - Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. - Prepare AR aging reports and provide analysis to management. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting principles.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Maximum Age 35 years - Males Only - Preferred Certified CMA OR IFRS - Proven experience as an AR Accountant or in a similar role. - Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
