Job Description

Collect cost data and maintain an organized expense database. Determine fixed costs (e.g., salaries, rent, insurance). Allocate all direct and indirect costs to project BOQs and enterprise environmental systems. Monitor and document site variation orders and assess their impact on project cost forecasts. Plan and record variable costs (e.g., raw materials, operations). Review standard vs. actual costs and investigate discrepancies. Prepare company-wide and departmental budgeting reports. Analyze profit margins and provide recommendations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts. Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 4–6 years of proven experience in cost accounting within the construction industry. Strong background in cost systems with excellent analytical skills. Experience as a Cost Accountant or Cost Analyst is required.
