Job Description

Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, assigning tasks and overseeing projects. Develop financial policies, workflows, and methodologies in collaboration with finance leadership. Audit accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Provide financial reports and documentation for external audits. Analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with Egyptian GAAP. Review financial statements for accuracy, fraud detection, and error prevention. Offer strategic financial advice on payroll, budgeting, and expenditure management. Collaborate with finance directors to develop financial plans for new projects.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. CMA certification preferred. Experience: 10-15 years in accounting and finance, with expertise in auditing, taxation, cost accounting, corporate budgeting, financial reporting, or fund management. Skills: Leadership and people management.
