Senior Corporate Accountant 7 up to 12 years' of professional accounting experience

Job Description

Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Receive and pay cash and/or check after auditing. Deposit cash and/or check-in company bank accounts. Record cash transactions in Excel sheets accounting system. Make treasury inventory daily and compare it with Excel sheet and accounting system. Pay monthly petty cash for admin expenses and make follow follow-resolve any issue to reconcile it easily. Record bank transactions in account the ng system permanently. Check bank statements transactions and balance permanently. Record collection transactions in the accounting system after auditing. Check Sales Order information and items and compare it with Estimate. Accept the invoice or reject it on the portal if it’s not correct because this affects the VAT and the annual declarations. Preparing financial reports like P&L, Cash flow, Budget, etc. Review financial reports and present and discuss them with the board members. Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience 7 up to 12 years' of professional accounting experience Proficiency in Accounting systems especially ERP like SAP, Oracle, Kernel, etc. Experience with managing a team, training them, and leading them to achieve goals. Experience with financial reports like Profit & loss. Experience with GL functions. Experience with month–end/year–end closes. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures. Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills. Strong analytical skills.
