Payroll Specialist. 5+ years of relevant HR experience

Job Description

Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation. Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments. Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties Assist in Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions. Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy. Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and building a strong relationship with them. Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation and --------following up with the medical insurance provider Generating monthly salaries and medical reports. Develop and prepare HR monthly reports. Responsible for blue collar recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, Hiring, getting approvals & follow up on probation period, synchronize with direct manager accordingly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or a similar field would be advantageous but not mandatory. Certification in Payroll Management (e.g., from a recognized body like the American Payroll Association or Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals), which indicates specialized knowledge in payroll. 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on payroll management, employee relations, and HR operations. Previous exposure to handling blue-collar recruitment, payroll audits, employment records, and labor relations. Strong understanding of local labor laws (e.g., in your country) and government regulations regarding payroll, insurance, and employment rights. Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP HR, Workday, or other payroll tools) and HRIS systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for payroll calculations, reports, and audits. Attention to detail to ensure payroll accuracy, auditing, and compliance with policies. Strong communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and government authorities effectively. Problem-solving skills to handle employee absences, terminations, disciplinary actions, and disputes Time management and organization skills to meet deadlines for payroll processing and reporting.
