▪️ Receiving all the clients' payments and preparing the required receipt.
▪️ Preparing all clients' requests ( Refund, Cheques, withdrawal etc.)
▪️ Preparing bank letters: Preparing recall letters for clients Cheques.
▪️ Preparing all bank receipt for the delivered cheques.
▪️ Printing clients cheques.
▪️ Tracking payments: Recording all client payments (cheques, cash) in the ERP system.
▪️ Depositing funds: Depositing cheques and cash into the bank.
▪️ Preparing General cashier report.
▪️ Preparing closed units report per project.
▪️ Ad-hoc reports and any other additional task.
Job Requirements
▪️ Bachelor of Commerce degree- Major Accounting.
▪️2- 4 years of experience.
▪️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
▪️ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
▪️ Proficient in using ERP systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
▪️ Strong organizational and time management skills.
▪️ Ability to handle cash and checks accurately.
▪️ Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
▪️ Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
▪️ Prior cash handling experience.
▪️ Implement the organization policies and procedures.
