Job Description

· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and bank reconciliations. · Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. · Monitor and report on company expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying areas for cost savings. · Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. · Support payroll processing by preparing and verifying timesheets, calculating pay, and ensuring timely payment. · Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. · Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. · Create and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints. · Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all materials and supplies are available as needed. · Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs and quality. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly. · Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new products or services. · Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
