Job Description

Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements, including: a. Working collaboratively with senior team members, clients, and target business management teams. b. Collecting financial information from the target business / managing the diligence request list. c. Performing financial analyses on the target business (margin assessments, trend analysis, price-volume analysis, cash proofs, key data reconciliations, etc.). d. Prepare key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, etc.). e. Writing reports and supporting the delivery of findings to clients

Job Requirements

Financial Due Diligence experience of more than four years within an accounting practice or corporate finance boutique. -Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. -A degree in Accounting or Finance is expected. -A relevant qualification (such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus (nice to have). Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. -Bilingual, strong command of both English and Arabic. -Business report writing and proficient in using MS Office. Highly motivated, committed, and flexible to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
