- Reviewing contracts and issuing client invoices
- Preparing and submitting e-invoices and e-claims to ETA
- Handling IPO documentation and approvals
- Managing client security deposits and refunds
- Recording invoices, claims, and payments in AX system
- Following up on collections and communicating with clients
- Responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with departments
- Monitoring accounts and generating financial reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Previous experience in accounting offices or audit firms
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive or car rental industry, specifically in the receivable function
- Experience in AX Dynamics - Carpro
- Age must not exceed 35 years
- Based in Cairo - preference for those residing in New Cairo or Fifth Settlement
- Very good in English
