AR Executive

Job Description

Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, cash application and communications with customers. Review and booking customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare aging reports and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and issues. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction. Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries related to accounts receivable. Support audits and provide documentation as required. Integrate the invoices from the ERP system to the e-invoice system Insert receipts on system. Review the customer’s contract and calculate NGP.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Personal Skills: Ownership Functional Skills. Ideas presentation and Taking initiative. Continuous Learning. Customer Centricity. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of accounting principles. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar). Preferred knowledge of Oracle system ERP. CPA certification is a plus. Good knowledge of Excel
