Job Description

• Process supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders and delivery notes • Ensure timely payments to vendors while optimizing cash flow • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to verify purchases • Comply with internal controls and audit requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role • Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies is a plus • Proficiency in ERP systems ,Odoo preferred
