· Develop, manage, and monitor projects budget for multiple construction sites and phases.
· Prepare and consolidate annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with project timelines.
· Work closely with project managers, estimators, and procurement to ensure accurate cost estimation and budget allocations.
· Analyze budget vs. actual performance across projects and report key variances to senior management.
· Lead the development and implementation of financial planning tools and processes specific to the construction environment.
· Provide financial input for project scheduling, resource planning, and contract evaluation.
· Monitor and control capital expenditure and operational spending throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of financial data with operational progress.
· Prepare monthly project performance reports and cash flow forecasts.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Construction Management (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost control, Must be in the construction or infrastructure industry.
· Strong understanding of construction project cycles, cost structures, and contractual arrangements.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and ERP/project management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Primavera, or Aconex).
· Familiarity with cash flow management, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and project cost forecasting.
