Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational objectives.
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain the company’s financial health.
Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
Evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and financial regulations.
Support business decision-making through financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required. A master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, hashtag#CMA, CFA) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a Senior Finance or Management role, with at least 5 years in the Manufacturing sector.
Technical Expertise:
Mandatory: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly hashtag#ERP SYSTEM.
Strong background in Cost Accounting in a high-volume production environment (preferably glass/heavy industry).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Competencies: Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Arabic). Proven ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
Proven ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
