Accounts Receivable Manager experienced

Job Description

•Oversee daily AR operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment collection, and proper cash posting. •Analyze customer credit limits and payment terms, rank credit customers based on risk, and perform regular customer credit checks. •Develop collection strategies, actively pursue overdue accounts, and resolve payment-related disputes with clients. •Perform and oversee monthly reconciliations for AR, bank accounts, one-time customers, and major vendors where applicable. •Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of records. •Manage sales policy savings, calculate accruals, and process manual accruals in GPMS. •Maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate smooth payment processes and reduce credit risk. •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc AR reports, analyze aging reports, and identify risks and collection trends. •Recommend and implement improvements in AR policies and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. •Ensure AR processes align with internal policies, local regulations, and HQ standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 8–10 years of relevant experience in AR or credit management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English is required.
