Job Description

Record/book all transactions and journal entries accurately on daily basis. Organise Accounting records such as registres, ledgers, journals and individuel Accounts. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Make sure a bank reconciliation is done on Monthly basis. Participate in the monthly and annual closing process. Review of the employee’s expenditures/reimbursement. Assist in preparing Forecast and Budget process. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance required 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles Excellent in English.
