Stock Control – Accountant experienced

Job Description

- Conduct inventory physical count at external locations - Prepare reports for stocktaking result and send to the concerned department to review and revert with justifications - Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory & insurance parameters - Develop inventory control models that promote higher level of accuracy and shorter lead time - Monitor raw materials (Copper, Aluminum, Oil, Freon, Gases) balances accordingly can calculate the periodic production losses if any - Ensure appropriate documents filing

Job Requirements

- A minimum 3 years of experience in similar position preferably in industrial field - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Dashboard, conditional formatting, and data analysis). - Hands-on experience with ERP system - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data reconciliation. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Warehouse, and Procurement).
