Accounting Manager experienced

Job Description

Manage the full accounting cycle using Odoo ERP. Prepare the company’s annual budget and monitor financial performance on a regular basis. Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations (VAT, Zakat, Income Tax, etc.). Supervise all customs clearance processes for imported goods and ensure proper financial recording. Review bank transactions, perform account reconciliations, and monitor cash flow. Issue accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports. Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure alignment with the approved budget. Supervise the accounting team and assign daily tasks. Ensure compliance with all local accounting and tax regulations. Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit. Enhance financial procedures and improve process efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with proven hands-on experience in Odoo ERP. Strong background in budgeting, tax reporting, and customs clearance. Good knowledge of Saudi tax and customs regulations. Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. High proficiency in financial reporting and presentation. Excellent Excel and MS Office skills. Strong communication and team leadership abilities. CMA, IFRS. MBA is a plus.
