· Plan and Monitor Warehouse Operations:
o Participate in top management meetings related to warehouse decisions.
o Establish documentation cycles and ensure staff compliance.
o Monitor inventory movements, including additions, issuances, and returns.
o Follow up on accounting entries for spare parts (issued to or received from external parties).
o Record inventory-related accounting entries.
o Review SAP entries and resolve recording issues.
o Supervise stock inventory committees and monitor reconciliation activities.
o Record inventory adjustments in SAP.
o Manage the sale of spare parts in case of project termination.
o Review the list of suspended items in the incoming ledger (pending in SAP).
o Check reports on incoming goods under inspection.
o Verify reports on issued consignment stock and ledger entries.
o Review pending issued items not yet recorded in SAP and the ledger.
o Conduct random audits during project visits to verify inventory movements.
· Ensure Accuracy of Warehouse Data:
o Provide Accurate Data to Internal & External Stakeholders.
o Notify the customer department of spare parts expenses recorded on their account.
o Provide external auditors, tax administration, and the CFO with inventory-related reports.
o Send monthly inventory balance reports to the Budgeting and Costing Department.
· Enhance Team Efficiency & Supervise Staff:
o Assign duties and responsibilities to the Warehouse Section Head.
· Other Duties:
o Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
· Experience: Minimum of 10 years in inventory or warehouse management.
· Technical Skills & Training:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
o Experience with SAP ERP system.
o ACP certification is a plus.
