• Process vendor and supplier payments accurately and on time • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payments Accountant (preferably in restaurants or F&B industry) • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payment processes • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
