Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis: -Develop and manage the company’s annual budget. -Perform financial analysis and prepare forecasts to assist senior management in decision-making. -Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted vs. actual results and provide recommendations for improvement. -Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and summaries for management. -Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth. *Cash Flow Management: -Manage cash flow, ensuring that the company maintains adequate liquidity for operations. -Oversee banking relationships and ensure the appropriate management of cash reserves. *Audit & Compliance: -Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the timely resolution of any audit findings. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial operations. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA preferred). years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. Proficiency with financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
