Job Description

Review and record supplier invoices in the accounting system • Match invoices with the purchase’s orders and delivery notes. • Prepare accounts payable aging reports. • Follow up on supplier payments according to payment terms • Communicate with suppliers and reconcile account balance regularly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in Construction industry as an AP Accountant. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Have a good knowledge in MS-ERP-Invoicing and payment system. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
