Job Description

- Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management - Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions - Ensure compliance with local, state, and international financial laws and regulations Supervise accounting, audit, and finance staff - Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders - Manage risk by analyzing the organizationโ€™s liabilities and investments - Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections - Implement internal financial controls to minimize risk - Optimize financial processes and systems

Job Requirements

- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masterโ€™s or MBA preferred) - Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage - Proven experience (5+ years) in a financial management role - Experience in Real Estate - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards - Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Location: Resident in Giza, Preferred in 6 October
