Accounting Manager

Job Description

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts - Implement and maintain internal controls and compliance standards - Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning - Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks - Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and capital planning - Contribute to ERP and financial system optimization

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus) - 6 - 20 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors - Solid understanding of Egyptian tax law and financial regulations - Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel/financial modeling skills - Proven leadership capabilities and desire to grow into an executive role - Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
