Job Description

- Lead the finance department and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to senior management. - Oversee cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure management. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. - Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders. - Support strategic decision-making and investment analysis. Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus). - Minimum 13 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong experience in the construction sector is a must . - Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. - Strong understanding of Egyptian financial regulations and tax laws.
