Job Description

·Monitor and reconcile daily bank statements and cash balances. ·Process and record financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and bank transfers. ·Prepare and execute daily payment runs and wire transfers. ·Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports and forecasts. ·Support month-end and year-end closing activities. ·Prepare and submit treasury reports and schedules for management review. ·Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. ·Ensure all treasury activities comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations. ·Assist with internal and external audit requirements. ·Support the treasury manager and finance team with various projects and ad-hoc tasks. ·Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to cash and bank accounts.

Job Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. ·1-3 years of experience in a treasury, finance, or accounting role. ·Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles such as GAAP. · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. ·Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. ·Solid understanding of basic accounting and treasury principles. ·High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. ·Strong analytical skills to identify trends or discrepancies. ·Good communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. ·Proactive and resourceful in solving problems. ·Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
