Job Description

Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure cost efficiency. Cost Analysis: Track project expenses and analyze financial performance. Variance Reporting: Identify and report cost variances, ensuring alignment with financial targets. Forecasting: Predict future costs and recommend cost-saving strategies. Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and finance teams to maintain financial control.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the construction industry. Strong proficiency in cost management software, ERP systems, and MS Office. Experience with financial forecasting and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
