Job Description

Record and monitor daily sales transactions (cash & credit) and ensure accurate posting to customer accounts. Prepare daily settlements for sales representatives, including goods issued, invoices, collections, and returns. Track and reconcile customer collections, ensuring timely deposits in the company’s treasury/bank. Follow up on outstanding receivables according to agreed payment terms and support collection efforts. Record and verify customer returns, discounts, and credit notes. Identify and report any shortages, and follow up on recovery from responsible parties. Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports (sales, collections, discounts, returns, and net receivables). Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policies and documentary cycle. 📍 Location : Shabrament ,Giza

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (preferably in FMCG). Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
