1. Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). --- 2. Experience 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience with month-end/year-end close processes, audits, and financial reporting. Industry-specific Steel manufacturing --- 3. Leadership & Management Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with executives, auditors, and other departments. Ability to delegate, coach, and mentor junior staff. --- 4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret financial data and provide insights. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. --- 5. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge Understanding of tax laws, internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
