- Entering daily financial transactions into accounting systems (invoices, receipts, payments).
- Maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparing basic financial statements like balance sheets or income statements under supervision.
- Processing vendor invoices and payments.
- Issuing customer invoices and following up on payments.
- Comparing bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting discrepancies.
- Filing and organizing financial documents (invoices, receipts, bank statements).
- Assisting in responding to auditor inquiries.
- Assisting in petty cash management.
- Assisting with VAT or other tax calculations and filings.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- (1–2 ) years of relevant experience (entry-level roles in accounting are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Understanding of bookkeeping procedures and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Odoo
