- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database.
- Construct data accumulation systems for cost control and analysis.
- Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent, insurance).
- Plan and record variable costs (e.g. raw materials, operations).
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies and variances.
- Prepare budgeting reports for the company and each department.
- Analyse and report profit margins and cost trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Identify and recommend cost-effective improvements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role (preferably in manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
