Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist experienced

Job Description

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to identify potential risks and business opportunities. Assist in setting schedules for projects or development and flow of requisite materials. Develop financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data. Prepare and deliver financial reports in compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Prepare, monitor, and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and trends. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports on ERP System (Odoo). Review budget requests for approval on ERP System (Odoo) if needed. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of financial reporting. Support budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements. Assist with internal and external audits and provide necessary financial documentation. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting/Finance Department. 1–5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Very good command of English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) is a plus.
